The purpose is development of universal measuring systems for electrochemical, corrosion and electroanalytical researches: working prototypes of the potentiostat-galvanostat and the polarograph on the basis of microcontrollers of the mixed signals C8051Fxxx; creation of software for control of devices operation via USB-interface, primary processing of measurement results and their mathematical processing; complex tests of the developed equipment on model and real electrochemical systems. The methods are the formulation of the basic requirements for the universal potentiostat-galvanostat and polarograph; circuit engineering; software development; approbation of devices using model and real electrochemical systems and assessment of metrological characteristics; voltammetry, polarography, potentiometry. The modern devices were created for the first time in Ukraine: potentiostat-galvanostat MTech PGP-550S and polarograph MTech POL-20 for solving scientific and applied problems in the field of electrochemical, corrosion and analytical research; universal software and instructions were developed. In terms of functionality and metrological characteristics, these devices correspond to foreign serial devices of the middle price category. They are characterized by low cost due to the use of microcontrollers of mixed signal with developed analog peripherals. A set of new experimental data based on the results of approbation of devices using the real objects of research was obtained. The devices can be used in specialized research laboratories, analytical laboratories, institutions of higher education, stations of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance and laboratories of environmental services. The price competitiveness of target devices will allow turning Ukraine into an exporter of relevant high-tech science-intensive products in the future.
