The object of research - the processes of development of entrepreneurial potential of Ukraine in the context of the influence of the European integration factor. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the theoretical foundations and develop recommendations for improving the methodology of entrepreneurial potential development in the European integration and globalization. The research was based on the use of the following methods: systemic and synergetic approach; statistical analysis; dialectical approach. The scientific approaches to the problem of defining the essence of the category "entrepreneurial potential" are researched and generalized, the specific features of this category in the conditions of European integration and globalization are determined. An assessment of the priorities of formation and development of entrepreneurial potential in the international environment. Prospects for the development and creation of value of entrepreneurial potential are identified. The directions of realization of entrepreneurial potential of Ukraine in the conditions of European integration are offered. The following are offered for practical introduction: methodical approaches to an estimation of efficiency of use of work in system of management of potential of the enterprise; system for assessing the resource potential of the enterprise; current assets management model as an element of entrepreneurial potential of the enterprise. The implementation of the developed recommendations in the practical activities of the enterprise will increase the efficiency of entrepreneurial activity as an internal source of strategic reserve for sustainable economic growth.
