The purpose of the work - to determine the main diagnostic signs of embryotoxicosis of poultry depending on the degree of exposure to feed contaminants. Research methods - zootechnical, embryological, methods of pathological dissection of incubation wastes, statistical. The main diagnostic signs of embryotoxicosis of poultry depending on the degree of exposure to feed contaminants are identified and described. It has been established that embryotoxicosis is manifested by pathologies of liver and kidney development, anomalies in the development of the cardiovascular system, embryo lag in development, decreased young hatching rates, egg fertilization, the presence of uric acid salts, salts on allantois, cuticulites and other signs. The beneficial effect of alpha-zearalanol at a concentration of 50 mkg / kg in feed on the incubation qualities of eggs was revealed: the hatchability of eggs in the experimental group whose bird consumed food with alpha-zearalanol was definitly higher compared to control: 87, 6 ± 1.4 vs. 83.3 ± 1.6, respectively. Recommendations for determining the causes of embryo death during incubation have been developed. The introduction of recommendations for the dissection of egg incubation waste has led to an increase in the accuracy of the diagnosis, which allowed to take timely measures and increase the yield of conditioned young chickens by an average of 7.0% for the entire period of productive use of laying hens.
