It is established that the influence of systematic application of the same tillage systems in short - rotation crop rotations for a long time on the change of fertility indicators of typical chernozem. At the same time, a change in the density of the soil structure relative to the initial indicators was noted. The influence of tillage systems and various predecessors in crop rotation on soil hardness is established. In the no-till system there are positive trends in the formation of agronomically valuable aggregates with a size of 1-5 mm than when disking to a depth of 10-12 cm where a significantly increased proportion of dusty fraction (less than 0.25 mm).
