MIGRANTS, REMIGRANTS, DEPRESSIVE DISORDERS Object of research: depressive disorders in emigrants and re-emigrants. The subject of the research is clinical and clinical-psychopathological features of depressive disorders in emigrants and re-emigrants, as well as the quality of life of this category of patients. The purpose of the study: development of a comprehensive program of treatment and rehabilitation of emigrants and re-emigrants with depressive disorders based on the study of clinical-psychological, psychometric and pathopsychological patterns of depressive disorders of different genesis (psychogenic, endogenous, organic). Research methods. 1. Clinical and psychopathological method, which includes assessment of the mental state of the patient; 2. Psychometric methods: Hamilton Depression Scale, Montgomery-Asberg Scale, Derogatis Questionnaire; 3. Pathopsychological methods: adapted and standardized version of the Minnesota Multifactorial Personality Questionnaire (MMRI). 4. The study of the peculiarities of motivation, the presence of conflicts, social characteristics and communication was performed using a specially designed questionnaire. 5. Study of the quality of life of patients using the scale of quality of life of the World Health Organization WHO KZh-26. 6. Methods of statistical and mathematical data processing. Depending on the type of data and the nature of the distribution of features, modern methods of parametric and nonparametric statistical analysis are used, including analysis of variance, correlation and regression. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: the complex clinical characteristics of depressive disorders of psychogenic, endogenous and organic genesis in emigrants and re-emigrants are presented.
