The effects of pre-sowing treatment of seeds and spraying of plants with growth regulators and microfertilizers on the plant growth and development, yield and sowing qualities of sunflower parent seeds were studied. The variety responses to the studied factors were investigated. Treatment of seeds and spraying of plants with growth regulators and microfertilizers or their mixtures increase the sunflower parent seed yields by 0.09-0.23 t/ha (or by 10-19%), which allows receiving an additional income of 64,162 - 99,165 UAH/ha and ensures their accelerated introduction into production. Vanguard Stimulus and Vanguard NPK + M/E (seed treatment) + Vanguard Stimulus, Vanguard Complex, Vanguard Boron (spraying plants) or AKM agents (seed treatment) + Deimos, Antistress and EndoBoron (spraying plants) were the most effective combinations for female forms Skh51A and Skh808A × Skh1002B. As to male forms Kh526V and Kh2301V, combinations Vympel 2 and Oracle were useful.
