 A Manual has been developed for the creation of microlines of meat-egg and egg-meat chicken breeds of the domestic gene pool using complexes of allelic variants of polymorphic loci, which makes it possible to efficiently genotype individuals by a complex of polymorphic genes, the allelic variants of which are associated with productive traits. It was found that the loci of the myostatin gene (MST) for two single-nucleotide substitutions in exon 1, insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I) and growth hormone receptor (GHR) are polymorphic in chickens of the G2 line of the White Plymouthrock breed and line 14 of the Poltavskaya clay breed of domestic breeding ... Using directed crosses, microlines of chickens from the G2 line of the White Plymouthrock breed and line 14 of the Poltavskaya clay breed with the G1G2 haplotype behind the myostatin locus, which are characterized by increased live weight, were obtained.
