The research methods are based on a combination of morphological analysis of triangulation models of products, 3D modeling methodology of the stress-strain state of tool systems and processing systems with machine-tool experiments. The scientific substantiation of the possibility of improving and determining the necessary components of the accelerated production of complex defense products based on additive technologies and diamond abrasive finishing at the stages of design and operation of tools; scientific and methodological foundations have been created, and the main factors, influencing the self-sharpening of diamond wheels at the stage of their design and manufacture, have been investigated.
