The purpose of the research is to develop a system of corn fertilizer using an experimental preparation based on phosphate-mobilizing bacteria and mineral fertilizers. Research methods - generally accepted methods of microbiological, biochemical, agrochemical research and field research methods. Based a new system of corn fertilizer was created. The agroreception is aimed at optimizing the root nutrition of corn due to the introduction of agronomically useful microorganisms A. radiobacter 1333 (microbial preparation Agrobacterin), and optimal rates of mineral fertilizers (N90P90K90). This contributes to an increase in the number of phosphate-mobilizing bacteria, increased phosphatase activity and the degree of mobility of phosphates in the rhizosphere soil of plants. As a result, plant uptake of phosphorus increases, which leads to an increase in its removal with a yield from 51.2 kg/ha to 83.4 kg/ha. The efficiency of phosphorus nutrition of plants is 62.9% (N90P90K90). Bacterization has a significant effect on all agricultural background, including high. Grain yield from the action of Agrobacterin increases by 1.4 t / ha (21.7%) compared to the control (7.8 t/ha), the protein content in the grain by 1.5% against the background of N90P90K90. Implementation of the development is possible with the existing technologies of corn cultivation in agricultural enterprises of various forms of ownership. The projected economic effect from the use of technology of systemic application of the microbial preparation in the cultivation of corn is up to 2500 UAH/ha. The advantage of the proposed development is the intensification of phosphorus nutrition of corn plants with insignificant financial investments, as well as the environmental feasibility of the proposed agricultural method.
