The main directions of improving the legal regulation of the use of remote sensing of the Earth and aerospace surveying for the protection of archaeological heritage are identified. The work on monumental monitoring of the archaeological heritage on the example of the settlement in Shargorod near the village of Olshanytsia has been commenced. Based on the results of the study, 2 scientific and analytical materials were prepared. The results of scientific research are summarized in 9 scientific papers, which are presented by 3 articles in scientific journals, 6 abstracts in the proceedings of scientific conferences, seminars and round tables.
