The interdisciplinary approach in the study of inclusive tourism has been characterized. It involves the synthesis of certain scientific disciplines (inclusion, tourism, social work, pedagogy, social pedagogy, psychology, country studies, rehabilitation geography, medical rehabilitation, etc.) and is able to provide a comprehensive justification and development of the functioning of the system of social and psychological rehabilitation of children and youth with disabilities at the methodological, technological, practical and organizational levels. The legal basis for the introduction of inclusive tourism as a means of rehabilitation of children and youth with special educational needs has been clarified. It has been determined that the International Qualification of Diseases for Children and Adolescents (IQD-CA) is the universal tool for the development of rehabilitation measures in the relationship of health, education and social sphere, which allows to combine three main areas of services - medical, social (socio-psychological support) and educational on the creation of a system of comprehensive rehabilitation as the main means of integrating children and youth with special educational needs into society. In the course of research it has been found that inclusive tourism is the innovative technology of social and psychological rehabilitation of children and youth with special educational needs. It provides the integrative potential of all types of rehabilitation: medical, psychological and pedagogical, professional, labor, physical, social, psychological (in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Rehabilitation of the Disabled»).
