PCC 6803. The effect of ionizing radiation in doses of 1g, 5g, 10g was investigated. on the RUM-17 device. The activity of the enzyme superoxide dismutase, the level of accumulation of malonic dialdehyde, the level of electrolyte loss were determined. Analysis of plant resistance to ultraviolet radiation was performed after exposure to OSRAM lamp with a predominant spectrum of C, in doses of 4.36 W / m², 21.8 W / m², 43.6 W / m², 65.4 W / m². The activity of the enzyme superoxide dismutase, the level of MDA accumulation, electrolyte loss and the level of flavonoid growth were studied. It was found that the expression of cyanobacterial desaturase genes does not reduce the resistance of plants to UV and IP. A lower level of MDA accumulation in tobacco plants with cyanobacterial desaturase genes as a marker of unsaturated fatty acid oxidation and a lower level of electrolyte loss after exposure to stress of both species were studied. An increase in the proportion of unsaturated fatty acids in all experimental plants after UV and IR is shown. Research methods - spectrophotometric method, biochemical, gas chromatography.
