The Subject of research is methodical, technical and information-analytical support of the sampling process for the control of the dangers of chemical and radioactive origin. The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of State Emergency Service of Ukraine operations while eliminating the consequences of chemical and radioactive emergencies. The quality of the situation control in case of all kinds of accidents and catastrophes that are associated with the circulation of hazardous substances depends largely on methods of sampling for analysis. As the measurement of the composition of a laboratory sample when controlling is usually preceded by experimental sampling and sample preparation operations, its incorrect sampling substantially affects the reliability of the control results. Therefore, the development of sampling recommendations for the control of chemical and radioactive sources is an urgent and important task for the practical units of SES of Ukraine. The developed methodical recommendations on sampling for control of dangers of a chemical and radioactive origin will allow to increase quality of control of a situation at occurrence of various accidents and catastrophes which are connected with circulation of dangerous substances. This will make it possible to positively influence the quality of operational actions of units of the operational and rescue service of the Civil Defence during the implementation of appropriate measures to eliminate Emergencies of chemical or radioactive nature.
