In the previous sort test 5 samples of Marina / Ariane were selected; 1501; (Marina / Viking) / Rushnychok; Viera x Swalof; Vympel / T-16, which exceeded the standard Zorya 87 by a complex of economically useful features: straw yield by 0.38-0.60 t / ha (standard 3.49 t / ha), fiber yield by 0.22 -0.31 t / ha (standard 0.92 t / ha), with a seed yield of 0.05 - 0.17 t / ha (standard 0.74 t / ha).As a result of competitive variety testing, four breeding specimens were exceeded that exceed the standard of the Zorya 87 variety in straw, fiber, and seed yields ((1505 (2016); ((Kalin.2 / Cor.3) / Mog. 2; Ariane / Irma; Ukr. 2 / Jian) respectively at 0.48-0.90 t / ha, 0.25-0.37 t / ha and 0.14-0.18 t / ha. In the collection and breeding nurseries selection samples with high seed productivity, the yield of straw, fiber, and its content in stems are selected, which will be used in further breeding for the production of new varieties of flax.
