The aim of the work is to study the impact of the human respiratory system on the cardiovascular system when changing the cardio interval and improving the quality of MRI results. Research methods - methods of numerical integration of discrete mapping systems, numerical determination of correlation dimension, correlation integral, Lyapunov exponents, phase portraits, Poincare diagrams and spectral characteristics of signals are used. Segmentation and noise reduction technologies developed for 3D MRI images based on fractal filtering methods and mathematical morphology are presented. Forecast of the use of results - established patterns of regular and chaotic modes in models that take into account both direct and reverse interaction of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, it is advisable to use in modeling, diagnosis and analysis of the cardiovascular system. The proposed approaches to chest MRI imaging allow the synthesis of similar algorithms for a very wide range of image processing and recognition tasks.
