The advantage of this optical method of research over other structural methods, such as X-ray diffraction (X-ray diffraction) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), is the possibility of analysis of NC directly in colloidal solution. Samples of NC colloids with the best structural parameters according to Raman spectroscopy were selected for the production of NC / polymer composite films. Based on a comparison of different methods of forming composite films, in particular, drop-casting, immersion, and spin-coating, we concluded that films of sufficient continuity and optical homogeneity can be obtained by all three methods. However, for such an important parameter for further practical applications as homogeneity in thickness, the spincoating method gives the best results. Technological modes of obtaining homogeneous polymer / NC CZTS composite films stable to oxidation and delamination (segregation) have been established. The positive effect of this polymer (PEDOT: PSS) on the stability of NC to oxidation, which may be associated with the possible additional stabilization of the surface of the NC sulfur PEDOT components of the polymer. The peculiarities of the structure of NC CZTS in composite polymer films depending on the variation of the ratio of NC / polymer, in particular the positive effect on the film-forming properties and stability of NC CZTS since the addition of a small proportion of polymer, ~ 1%.
