The proposed method to determining the coefficient of communication impact, which can be used to assess the communication policy of the enterprise both at the stage of its formation and implementation. A model for analyzing the communicative activity of the enterprise has been developed, which makes it possible to comprehensively investigate the entire communicative process at the enterprise and monitor economic and communicative achievements.
