Using the transfer matrix method, the resonant absorption coefficient and the resonant transmission coefficient of TM-polarized waves through a layered superconductor on condition of localized waves excitation with anomalous dispersion were calculated. The transfer of THz laser beams through a slab of a layered superconductor with layers perpendicular to the sample plane was studied. It is defined how the distribution of the electromagnetic field in the cross section of the laser beam when passing through the slab is transformed. The theories of eigen electromagnetic waves of a cylindrical solid-state waveguide with a two-dimensional electron gas on its lateral surface, which is located in a constant longitudinal magnetic field, and a cylindrical plasma waveguide, which is located in a constant coaxial magnetic field, are developed. The dispersion equations are obtained and dispersion curves for eigen electromagnetic waves in a photonic crystal consisting of plates of ordinary and gyrotropic dielectrics are developed. It is shown that the property of the found spectrum is the presence of peculiar bandwidths, where the wave of one circular polarization completely transmits, while the wave with the opposite polarization nearly completely reflects. A numerical model has been developed and computer modeling of nonstationary thermoelectric processes in anisotropic bipolar semiconductors has been performed. It is established that an increase in the nonequilibrium bulk charge leads to an increase in the amplitude of the first harmonic of the thermoelectric current at arbitrary anisotropy of the semiconductor. Also, the classification and study of anomalies that occur at light diffraction on periodically modulated boundaries of the media are performed.
