The recommendations are based on the nonlinear theory of viscoelasticity, in which the relationship between strain and stress tensors is given based on the hypothesis of proportionality of tensor deviators, and the nonlinearity of viscoelastic properties is given by equations such as Rabotnov's equations. The recommendations include a method for determining the parameters of hereditary kernels and a method for determining stress relaxation under conditions of complex stress.
