SALAD SOWING, CORYANDER SOWING, INDAU SOWING, FRAGRANT FRAGRANCE, VARIETY, LINE, INDUCED MUTAGENESIS. The purpose of the research is to expand the gene pool of uncommon species of vegetable plants (lettuce, coriander, indau, fragrant fennel) by induced mutagenesis; identify sources of economically valuable features. The object of research - analytical selection of lettuce, coriander, indau, dill. The subject of research - collection samples and selection material of lettuce, coriander, indau, dill. During the period of 2016–2020, 1 line of head lettuce and 4 lines of lettuce (2018) were created and transferred to the National Bank of Plant Genetic Resources by the method of chemical mutagenesis to optimize varietal selection of rare species of vegetable plants. In particular, the line of lettuce ML-310 medium-ripe, with a period of economic suitability of 16 days (in the original form and standard - varieties Hired and Godard - 13 days); yield of heads - 25.6 t / ha, which exceeds the original form variety Hired by 3.9 t / ha and standard Godard by 12.3 t / ha. Resistant to downy mildew and powdery mildew, cold (9 points on the CMEA scale), drought and stalking (7 points on the CMEA scale). According to biochemical analysis in the heads of lettuce line ML-310 contains: dry matter - 7.60%, total sugar - 1.09%, vitamin C - 18.0 mg / 100 g (Certificate NCGRRU for № 2095 from 10.04.2020, .). Leaf lettuce lines (K.0268, K.0271, K.0280 and K.0296) with a yield of 16.0–22.1 t / ha, a period of commercial ripeness to stalking of 10–13 days, and a dry matter content of 7.36– 8.44%, total sugar - 0.86-1.17%, vitamin C - 15.25-19.06 mg / 100 g. During the research period, 5 varieties of uncommon species of vegetable plants were created by the method of chemical mutagenesis and submitted for state variety testing. Namely, two drought-resistant medium-ripe varieties of lettuc Product Description popup.authors Chaban Lesia V popup.nrat_date 2021-03-17 Close
