Study object - scientific and methodological principles of the breeding and technological innovation transfer. Purpose - to develop methodological tools for implementation of breeding and technological innovations with export potential in the agribusiness of Kharkivska Oblast. Methods: dialectical, abstract-logical, monographic, computational-constructive, economic-statistical, graphic modeling. Theoretical results: The use of methodological tools for implementation of breeding and technological innovations with export potential was investigated. Practical results: “Informational-Analytical Database of Breeding/Seed Innovations of the PPI NAAS with Export Potential” was developed. The database includes 134 varieties, 95 hybrids and 115 parental components of 15 field crops. The database allows one to quickly select varieties, hybrids and parent components with desirable phenological, breeding and technological parameters. Novelty: Comprehensive approach to the evaluation of breeding and seed innovations. 15% rise in the efficiency of breeders' decision-making. 10% increase in field crop yields. The estimated economic efficiency is 2.5 UAH per 1 invested UAH. Scope of use: agriculture, agribusiness of Ukraine
