The structure of the distribution of the axial component of the excited electric field, both in the longitudinal and transverse directions, is obtained and analyzed. A study of the resonant excitation of electromagnetic fields in the plasma terahertz frequency range by resonant and nonresonant sequences of relativistic electron clots (the frequency of repetition of bunches does not coincide with the plasma frequency) using numerical simulations. The excitation of the longitudinal component of the electric field of the optical range at the dielectric-vacuum interface in flat plates has been studied. The technology of creating a laser accelerator on a flat dielectric structure with a laser plasma accelerator-injector on a nylon target has been developed.
