Grishka NAS of Ukraine popup.description2  The morphological-cultural and biological features of the strain Penicillium roseopurpureum were studied, the composition of the nutrient medium for the maximum development of the mycelium was determined. According to the criterion of fungal biomass accumulation, the most optimal was the complex organo-mineral environment of Waxman with the addition of wort agar at a ratio of 25:75. The largest sporulation was characterized by colonies, which had a powdery structure and greyish-green and dark olive colour, on wort agar. The lowest antagonistic activity of the micromycete Penicillium roseopurpureum was observed on Waxman medium against the phytopathogen Botrytis cinerea, and for Aureobasidium pullulans the growth retardation index was 0. It was found that to stimulate the radial growth rate of the mycelium at 28 ° C in the nutrient medium The absence of toxic effect of Penicillium roseopurpureum culture fluid on seed germination and plant development has been experimentally confirmed. For the first time, the prospect of additional enrichment of the nutrient medium with silicon compounds for induction of mycotoxin mycelium development has been proved. The technology of induction of mycelium development by optimization of the nutrient medium with the silicon-containing mineral analcime is proposed.
