The purpose of the work is to present the state of research by scientists of the Department of Polish Philology of linguistic and literary Polonistic problems from the perspective of a Ukrainian researcher, taking into account the impact on the studied object of Ukrainian language and culture. Research methods: descriptive; comparable; method of component analysis; sociolinguistic methods - questionnaires, interviewing speakers; mathematical methods - statistical calculations; biographical; comparative-historical; comparative; cultural and historical; sociological; phenomenological; structural; poststructuralist. The obtained results: 2 candidate dissertations were defended, 56 articles, 4 textbooks, 2 manuals, 2 dictionaries, 3 collections of scientific works were published.
