Subbotin of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  The properties of type III and type IIIb bursts observed by Ukrainian radio telescopes URAN-2 (Poltava) and UTR-2 (Kharkiv) during PSP perihelion in the 8-80 MHz frequency band were studied. They correspond to those observed by the PSP. We analyzed the dependence of drift velocity and duration of these bursts on frequency. It was shown that the frequency dependences of the drift velocity agreed well with the dependences for the Newkirk corona model if the source velocities ranged from 0.17s to 0.2c for both type IIIb bursts and type III bursts, assuming that the former were the fundamental tone and the latter - harmonica. The duration of type III and IIIb bursts at frequencies in the frequency range 10-70 MHz was also obtained. It is noted that both the values and frequency dependences for type III and IIIb bursts differ significantly.
