In the reporting year, 15 samples of vegetable soybeans and 7 samples of guar were introduced. Among the samples of vegetable soybeans the most productive are Sac UD0202500 and Handicap UD0200903 (60.5-63.5 seeds / plant), among guar - Haldi bhati IU074661 (102 seeds / plant). 4 soybean cultivars are distinguished by a set of valuable features: Ideal soybean cultivar - by a combination of precocity (85-100 days), high yield (potential 3.8 t / ha), heat resistance (9 points) and drought resistance (9 points); Zorya Stepu soybean variety - medium-early (115 days), high-yielding (potential 4.8 t / ha), high-protein (41%), adaptive to the conditions of the south of Ukraine; soybean variety Southern Beauty - high-yielding (potential 4.6 t / ha), with a high oil content in the seeds (22%), adaptable to irrigation conditions; Oleshsya soybean variety is medium-ripe (120-125 days), high-yielding (potential 4.4 t / ha), high-protein (41%), adaptable to the conditions of the south of Ukraine. Valuable samples of Strumochok and Charodiyka alfalfa have been isolated, which combine high forage, seed productivity and nitrogen-fixing activity. Requests for transfer for registration to the National Center for Plant Genetic Resources of Ukraine have been prepared. According to the results of the study of introduced samples during 2016-2020, the passport database was replenished with 41 samples, 46 sources of valuable economic characteristics of soybeans were identified.
