The use of microfertilizers had a positive effect on the formation of plant height and the laying of the lower bean in both the soybean variety Panna and Svyatogor. The excess over plant height control was 2.5–11.6 cm and 2.7–4.7 cm, respectively, which is explained by better plant germination and more balanced nutrition of the crop during its growing season. The application of microfertilizer 5th Element did not inhibit the activity of microorganisms in the soil. The maximum number of them was observed in the phase of bean formation, regardless of the studied variety. The maximum number of soybean seeds of the Panna variety in the area with soybean seed treatment + application of microfertilizers for the growing season, on average for 2 years, was 51.2 pieces per plant, Svyatogor - 69.7 pieces, seed weight - 4.0 g and 8.8 g, respectively. With the application of microfertilizer 5 Element on average for two years of research obtained the highest yield of soybean varieties Panna 2.74 t / ha and Svyatogor 4.30 t / ha in the version with soybean seed treatment and + soybean seed treatment + application of micronutrients for plant vegetation. The highest net profit was obtained in the variant with seed treatment before sowing + the use of the drug for crop vegetation. For the cultivation of the Virgo variety, it amounted to UAH 1,500 / ha, and Svyatogor - UAH 650 / ha. When growing the Virgo variety, it amounted to UAH 1,500 / ha, and Svyatogor - UAH 650 / ha.
