New data on the variable sensitivity to antibiotics of the leading opportunistic pathogens of infectious complications are obtained, analytical dependences of dynamic prognostic indicators of changes in their sensitivity are obtained. It has been proved that the antiseptic drug decamethoxin and drugs based on it in sub-inhibitory concentrations increase the sensitivity of resistant clinical strains of microorganisms. The influence of antiseptic drugs on the adhesive and biofilm-forming properties of pathogens of infectious and inflammatory complications has been studied. The loss of gram-negative microorganisms of plasmid genetic determinants of resistance (blaVIM) as a result of the antiseptic decamethoxin has been proved at the molecular level using the polymerase chain reaction method. The absence of cytotoxic, pro-apoptosis effect of decamethoxin and its antimicrobial compositions on the epithelium was established. Studies have established the high antimicrobial efficacy of antiseptics based on decamethoxin in the complex treatment of critically ill patients with microbial complications.
