Subject of research - cross sections of elastic and inelastic interaction of alpha particles with Si and Ca nuclei, Airy structure in the energy range Ea = 40 MeV - 240 MeV; polarization of protons in elastic scattering in the energy range Ea = 200 MeV - 800 MeV. The aim of the work is: to determine the nuclear parameters from elastic and inelastic scattering of alpha particles on 28Si by the original parameterization of the S-matrix; analysis of elastic and inelastic scattering of α + 28Si with the involvement of pronounced Airy structures. The connection of sizes, forms of diffracting objects with the amplitude of Fraunhofer diffraction is revealed. Models of spontaneous polarization of liquid helium and mechanisms of EDM generation are discussed. Construction of the theory of electromagnetic properties of the quantum liquid HeII as a reaction of Bose-Einstein condensate with nontrivial EDM to external influences.
