The purpose of research is to increase the effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment of patients with rheumatological profile by studying the prevalence and pathogenetic role of environmental and genetic factors in the development and progression of diseases, assessing their relationship with clinical features, morpho-functional status of musculoskeletal system new predictors of resistance to pharmacotherapy. Research methods - general clinical, anthropometric, questionnaires, biochemical, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, molecular genetic, instrumental, statistical. The prevalence of FM and its symptoms in patients with RA, AS depending on the age of patients, sex, duration of the disease, studied the content and possible pathogenetic role of the main environmental and genetic factors in rheumatic patients, evaluated their relationship with clinical manifestations of RA, OA, AS, gout, disease activity and morpho-functional and psychological pattern, improved diagnostic and prognostic aspect through the use of adapted and validated tools for examination of patients, identified new predictors of resistance to standard therapy, which allowed to personalize and increase the effectiveness of standard therapy. The results of the study are implemented in the clinical work of medical institutions of health care of primary, secondary and tertiary levels and in the scientific and pedagogical work of the departments of Ukrainian universities.
