The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of electricity transmission, distribution and consumption in an industrial enterprise by creating an automated control system for electricity consumption and power supply in the industrial enterprise based on the use of intelligent control methods. Research methods are methods of intelligent system control. System analysis of power supply and power consumption control process of industrial enterprises is carried out and a methodology for building automated power consumption and power supply management systems of industrial enterprises (IE) is developed. On the basis of intelligent control methods with the use of modern information technologies, the tasks of power supply and power consumption control in IE were formalized, which allowed to ensure coordination of interaction between power consumption and power supply control subsystems. To increase the efficiency of the power consumption system of IE, it is proposed to create an intelligent multi-level subsystem of automated control of the IE power consumption. In order to ensure the normative electric power quality indices and energy-efficient modes of transmission, distribution, consumption of electricity in IE, it is developed structural solutions of the automated control subsystem of IE power supply. The functional scheme and algorithmic design of the automated control system of power supply and power consumption of IE is developed. The research results are used in the educational process of the National University of Food Technologies at the Department of Electrical Power Supply and Energy Management.
