Work objective: Development of eutectic system based thin multilayer filler material and determination of technological parameters for the process of obtaining integral AMg6 alloy joints by contact-reactive method, which provide the necessary mechanical properties of a joint. Research methods - research was carried using the method of scanning electron microscopy with local analysis of chemical composition, the method of soldering plates using layers and mechanical tests. The work performed allowed to find the regularities of contact-reaction interaction of AMg6 alloy components and eutectic system based multilayer filler material of various chemical composition during heating, to optimize chemical composition and structural parameters of the filler material, which will provide disintegration of oxide film on the joint surfaces , their wetting and rapid formation of an integral joint while reducing level of thermomechanical impact.
