The aim of the work is to create experimental samples of new heat dissipation devices, which implement a highly efficient closed evaporation-condensation cycle of heat transfer in combination with convective heat transfer, which can reduce the overall temperature difference between the heat supply zone and cooling air and increase the allowable heat output. Research methods - computer modeling and experimental studies of heat transfer processes. For the first time, new highly efficient heat dissipation means based on heat pipes for air-cooled transmission modules have been developed and investigated, which allow doubling the power of the active elements of the transmission module of active phased array antennas. The sketch design documentation for the combined means of heat removal on the basis of the air convective heat exchanger and a heat pipe is developed. Based on the obtained research results, an engineering calculation method and recommendations for the use of the obtained results in the design of new transmission modules of promising radars and in the modernization of existing ones have been developed.
