Placing it on black fallow resulted in a decrease in the yield of tubers by 1.55-4.93 t/ha, depending on the technology under study. The use of organic nutrition and plant protection in technology, especially with their combined use, led to a decrease in the yield of tubers by 1.35-6.96 t/ha. The total water consumption of potatoes averaged 4144-4326 m³/ha, from the soil layer 0.5 m, with fluctuations from year to year from 3515-3752 m3/ha in 2020 and up to 4773-4901 m3/ha in 2019. The average daily potato evaporation in the budding phase was 39.7-56.4 m3/ha, during the flowering phase this indicator reached its maximum values - 67.0-70.5 m3/ha. Moisture was used better when placing potatoes on green manure using conventional technology and biological plant protection - the water consumption coefficient was 181-188 m³/t. At the same time, 1 m³ of irrigation water contributed to the formation of 12.5-13.2 kg of tubers.
