Bacterial toxicity testing of strain AP-33 Pseudomonas fluorescens selected complexes of stimulants and ammonium derivatives of dihydropyrimidine did not show a decrease in the concentration of viable cells below normal. In all combinations, except for Biginelli compounds, on day 15-20 of the control, the titer concentration of viable cells of Pseudomonas fluorescens was recorded in the range of 3.0 - 2.7 109 cells / cm3. The use of excipients DMAE and DMSO, as substances that affect various transmembrane functions, provided an increase in the effectiveness of drugs by 8-14% relative to combinations without their use. The best result in effectiveness against late blight showed a combination of Planriz, v.s. (bacteria of strain AP-33 Pseudomonas fluorescens, 3x109 CFU / cm3) - 10 l / ha + 0.1% solution of ximedon + 0.2% solution of succinic acid + 2 ml of DMAE + 2 ml of DMSO, which was 79 , 1% of the effectiveness of drugs. The use of the drug Planriz, v.s. (bacteria of the strain AR-33 Pseudomonas fluorescens, 3x109 CFU / cm3) - at a concentration of 5 liters per 1 ha in 2020, provided an increase in yield and effectiveness of the drug at the level of increased concentrations (10 l / ha) used in 2019. The best result in the effectiveness against late blight in 2020 showed a combination of Planriz, v.s.
