V.Ya. Yuriev, Breeding and Genetics Institute - National Center for Seed Science and Variety Studies and the Institute of Cereals. Among the varieties and hybrids of the Bukovynian State Agricultural Research Station, the Khotyn hybrid turned out to have the strongest and most branched root system (126.6 kg). Also, this hybrid was the most productive among all studied samples - 7.5 t / ha. Among the hybrids of the selection of the Institute of Plant Breeding. V.Ya. St. George's most productive was the hybrid Cardinal - 6.0 t / h. instead, the stork hybrid MV had the highest resistance of the root system - 84.4 kg (Table 3.1). Hybrid Selection Dynasty of the Breeding and Genetic Institute - National Center for Seed Science and Variety Studies showed the best results of root system resistance - 112.1 kg. Its yield was also higher than other breeding hybrids of this institute - 7.1 t / ha. It should be noted that the hybrid Palmyra 1 was the least productive among all 18 samples - 4.2 t / ha, and the resistance of its root system was 51.9 kg.
