Carrying out of tests of a prototype of PTC according to the developed program and a technique. Adjustment of the set of documentation for the hardware part of PTC; adjustment of PTC software package. Research methods - system analysis to establish structural and information links between the elements of the energy management system of the local object; simulation modeling in the MathLab / Simulink software environment; experimental testing of a prototype of PTC. A test sample of PTC power management in energy management systems of local facilities was tested. In general, the functional performance of PTC in accordance with the test conditions was confirmed. The PTC functions were checked: switching between system operating modes; connection to the site and formation of the recommended load schedule; output of current information on the touch screen of the PTC display. The correctness and clarity of the current information display on the PTC touch screen is confirmed: information on the recommended load schedules, operating efficiency and system parameters. Based on the results of tests of the PTC prototype, the documentation set was adjusted to the PTC hardware part (specification, which contains the main technical characteristics of PTC elements, electrical connection diagrams of PTC units). The algorithm of functioning of the energy management system of the local object has been specified and the software package has been updated.
