The purpose of the project is to research the factors of environmental behavior of taxi users, conditions for the promotion of environmental taxi services and modeling the behavior of taxi users on social networks. Research methods - dialectical method of cognition, fundamental analysis, retrospective analysis, method of argumentation; methods of strategic analysis, abstract-logical, comparative-statistical analysis, tabular-graphic, monographic, sociological and expert surveys, grouping and questionnaires, index, induction and deduction, theory of systems analysis. The results of the research and their scientific novelty: the process of marketing communications in the market of urban public transport services is improved; methodological provisions for assessing the level of marketing potential for sustainable development by supplementing a number of indicators and establishing weighting factors using the expert method are developed. The influence of sustainable energy development on the diversification of transport, the level of use of ecological modes of transport, in particular electric cars as a taxi depending on the number of charging stations, access to electricity are analyzed. The developments of taxi infrastructure on the basis of digitalization of orders, autonomous management, sharing use of environmentally safe modes of transport are considered. The influence of the level of using of digital marketing tools by taxi operators of the city of Ternopil on the formation of customer loyalty to taxi operators are researched. The model for predicting the behavior of taxi users when choosing a taxi-electric car in social networks depending on indicators (indicators) of electric cars, interactivity map of electric car charging stations, automation of the ordering system, driving autonomy, sharing mobility.
