Aim - research of electrochemical processes that run across in the low concentrated solutions natrium of hypochlorite. Research methods - voltamperometry, potentiometry, scanning electron microscopy. The complex of data is got in relation to conformities to law of influence as of electrochemical cell (diaphragm or without a diaphragm, with trivial-parallel or by the coaxial location of anodes) on selectivity of process of synthesis of natrium of hypochlorite; distances and correlations of plane given in relation to influence to the anode and cathode, volume of current and speed of channel of electrolyte on going beyond a current and given in relation to the optimal parameters of electrochemical cell for the use in the module running systems. The worked-out construction of the running electrolysis module of coaxial type and hydraulic chart of realization of electrolyzers are with the running coaxial electrochemical modules. It is educed that for the receipt of low concentrated solutions of sodium hypochlorite at the one contour chart of construction of electrolyzer, optimal is application of running cell without a diaphragm. The complex of new experimental data is got in relation to influence of different factors on stability of high-clean solutions of NaOCl. It is set that for the protracted storage with the minimum degree of decomposition of hypochlorite of natrium, an optimal initial value of рН0 of the synthesized solutions must be at the level of 9,2-9,5.
