Their physicochemical and biological properties, structure of biosurfactants and cellular polyhydroxyalkanoates have been characterized by methods of UV/VIS-, NMR-, IR- spectroscopy. It have been developed polyfunctional high-efficiency compositions based on rhamnolipids and trehalose lipids with biocids-thiosulfonates, biopolymers, synthetic surfactants, humic acids, etc. It has been established growth regulatory, antibacterial, antifungal action of biosurfactant-containing compositions. It is shown that biosurfactants can increase the activity of antimicrobial substances (thiosulfonates) by 20-50%. This is due to the effect of surfactants on the permeability of cell membranes and their ability to solubilize low-soluble substances. New composite nanopreparations of silver with rhamnolipids have been developed and their antimicrobial properties have been established. The formulations of detergents and cosmetics based on biosurfactants have been developed. Prospects are defined and recommendations on application of ecologically safe composite preparations on the basis of biosurfactants for biotechnology, veterinary medicine, animal husbandry, crop production, cosmetics are developed. A draft technological regulation of biocidal compositions based on biosurfactants and thiosulfonates for crop production has been developed.
