ZI Nekrasov of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  The boundary conditions and basic parameters of alternating bending when pulling the staff through the straightening device, which affect the patterns of deformation and energy parameters of the drawing process in the roller drag, combined with the drawing of the staff in the straightening device and mechanical properties of metal. The results of experimental studies have shown that the drawing of the profile after deformation in the roller drag through the straightening device allows for certain conditions of deformation to reduce the values of stress resistance and conditional yield strength by 6.7% and 7.31%, respectively. At the same time the minimum involvement of a profile at the lower expense of energy for implementation of this process is reached. A mathematical model for calculating the power parameters of the drawing process in roller drags, combined with the drawing of the staff in the straightening device. Analytical studies of the influence of the main technological parameters of the process of drawing metal in the roller drag, combined with the broaching of the staff in the straightening device, showed that the change in power parameters of the process have the strongest influence on process parameters such as the height of the rods .
