According to the results of molecular docking and molecular mechanics, 68 compounds with the best energy binding parameters to FtsZ M.tuberculosis and M. bovis were selected, from which 7 leaders differing in heterocyclic skeleton scaffold were selected for further biochemical study in vitro. Primers were selected and a polymerase chain reaction protocol was developed to identify Mycobacterium spp. The threshold sensitivity of the M. bovis vaccine strain to rifampicin and streptomycin has been established, which is necessary for further testing of biologically active compounds.
