The purpose of the study: to develop and optimize screening programs for early diagnosis and prevention of cardiovascular and metabolic disorders in children based on the assessment of their physical and psychosocial health and clinical and laboratory indicators. Research methods: clinical (collection of complaints and anamnesis, objective examination, anthropometry, determination of blood pressure by single measurement); laboratory (general blood analysis, general urine analysis, biochemical blood test, lipid profile, C-peptide, IGF-1, glucose tolerance test, HOMA-index, 25(OH)-D3, parathyroid hormone, thyroid-stimulating hormone, triiodothyronine free, thyroxine free, cortisol level in daily urine); instrumental (electrocardiography, echocardiography, Holter ECG-monitoring, daily blood pressure monitoring); socio-psychological (questionnaire questionnaire CHQ-PF50); mathematical and statistical.
