The object of research - the processes of managing the development of innovative technologies as a factor in the development of general accessibility of tourism. The subject of research - modern forms, methods and mechanisms for managing the development of innovative technologies. The aim of the work is to analyze and evaluate the processes of managing the development of innovative technologies, research of determinants and mechanisms for solving problems of development of innovative technologies as a factor in the development of general accessibility of tourism in Ukraine. Research methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study are the provisions of economic theory, scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists. The following general and special methods were used in the research process: logical-theoretical generalization and comparison - to clarify the categories "strategy", "tourism development", "urban tourism"; "Social tourism"; typologies and classifications - to determine the types of tourism management strategy; grouping - for systematization of groups of determinants of development of medical and health tourism; comparison - to carry out a comparative analysis of the concepts of strategies for the development of promising types of tourism; SWOT-analysis - to determine the factors of the external environment of tourism; economic and mathematical - for modeling market tools for tourism management. The results of the work are introduced into the educational process, at the enterprises of tourist-recreational and hotel economy, covered in the scientific publications of the staff of the department.
