Purpose: based on a promising strain of the fungus T. viride F-100076 to make an experimental sample of a microbial preparation, to study the cellulosolytic and antagonistic activity of a new strain of T. viride F-100076, to determine the mycocenosis of the root zone of corn and the effect of T. viride F-100076 on pathogens under the conditions of a field experiment, to make laboratory regulations for the manufacture of a microbial preparation based on T. viride F-100076. Research methods: microbiological, world microscopy, field experiments, statistical. It is shown that the strain T. viride F-100076 is characterized by significant cellulosolytic activity and is an effective means of decomposition of plant residues. The results of mycological analysis of sod-medium podzolic soil of maize rhizosphere showed that the fungus T. viride F-100076 introduced into the soil showed antagonistic activity against micromycetes of the genera Bipolaris and Fusarium, which often cause pathogens of root rot of many crops. Laboratory regulations for the manufacture of a microbial preparation based on a promising strain of T. viride were developed and an experimental sample of a microbial preparation was obtained.
