The aim of the work is to theoretically substantiate the possibility of creating effective symbioses of nitrogen-fixing bacteria and fungi with plants, using the adaptive potential of endophytic microorganisms, and to develop scientific approaches to the formation of triple facultative symbiosis: saprophytic fungus - diazotrophs - plant. Research methods: microbiological, biochemical, world microscopy, vegetation and field experiments, statistical. The research works stipulated by the contract have been performed in full. For the first time the possibility of formation and effective functioning of triple symbiosis was shown: plant - A. brasilense - C. cochliodes. Forming extendomycorrhiza with spring wheat and buckwheat plants, the soil marsupial fungus C. cochliodes 3250 promotes the penetration of bacteria of the genus Azospirillum into the internal tissues of plants. The close interaction of micro- and macro organisms in such an association has a positive effect on biosynthetic processes in the plant body, thus increasing the absorption of phosphorus from the soil by plant roots, activates the process of fixing molecular nitrogen in the root zone, increases the productivity of photosynthesis. At the same time, there is a significant increase in crop yields (spring wheat by 25, buckwheat by 30%), as well as the quality of the products. The obtained results are implemented in the university course of teaching ecology.
