The purpose of the work is to develop innovative approaches to ensuring the civil security of economic entities and territories in the mode of daily activities and emergencies. Research methods are theoretical, statistical and experimental for the assessment of hazardous factors affecting visitors and maintenance personnel of public buildings in the mode of daily activities and emergencies. Results and their novelty: on the basis of theoretical and experimental studies identified and clarified areas for reducing hazards, risks, occupational injuries and occupational diseases in housing and communal services for the maintenance of public buildings and technical structures in the daily activities and emergencies.
