Researches on influence of an ultrasonic field on strengthening of detonation sensitivity of water-filled foamed explosive compositions on the basis of ammonium nitrate are carried out and developed theoretical and practical representations of explosive impulse of water-filled foamed components at influence of ultrasonic radiation on their components. A new quantitative dependence of open porosity and retention capacity of different types of ammonium nitrate on the intensity of ultrasonic radiation was obtained and it was found that when treated with ultrasonic radiation for 4 minutes the maximum retention capacity of diesel fuel in porous nitrate increases by 45.5%.
