The subject of research at the stage of 2020 - non-neoplastic morbidity depending on age, sex, dose of ionizing radiation, time from the date of the accident. The purpose of the work is to determine post-accident changes in the level of major non-neoplastic diseases in children and adolescents on the date of the Chernobyl accident (residents of radioactively contaminated areas of Ukraine (RZT) evacuated from the 30-km Chernobyl zone) depending on age, sex, ionizing radiation. At the stage of 2020, the formation of two basic cohorts based on DRU data was completed: cohort 1 - children and adolescents at the time of the accident, who lived and live at RZT, the total number of cohort - 91 293 people, including 79 315 children ( up to 15 years) and 11,978 adolescents (15-17 years inclusive); cohort 2 - children and adolescents evacuated from the 30-km zone of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, the total number of the cohort - 30,117 people, in particular, under the age of 15 - 26,626 people, 15-17 years inclusive - 3,491 people. The analysis of the level and structure of non-neoplastic morbidity was performed for 13 classes of diseases in accordance with ICD-10. Period of observation and analysis - 1988–2016 (17).
