To develop and substantiate the scheme of interdisciplinary management of natural and economic systems for the territories of the basic administrative-territorial structure on the principles of sustainable development. Research methods - descriptive, comparative, analytical, calculation. The paper proves that united territorial communities (UTС) are a complex natural-economic nonlinear, dynamic system capable of self-organization. It is established that the management of the relationship between internal capabilities and external influence creates the conditions for sustainable development of UTС. The conclusions made on the stability of the territorial management system, confirmed by mathematical calculations, indicate the urgent need to reform the territorial organization of power in Ukraine on the basis of decentralization. It is proved that logistics models can be applied not only to the management of material resources, but also to use them rationally in the process of building an optimal model of financial resources management of the territorial community.
